  2012 National Championships a Success!
The 2012 WSSA Japan Sport Stacking Championships were held March 25th at the Nishimachi International School in Tokyo. Japan's fastest stackers set many new national records in this exciting sport. See the complete results here!
 
       
       
 
  Japan's National Championships Confirmed!
The 2011 WSSA Japan Sport Stacking Championships, which were postponed due to the March 11 disaster, has been rescheduled and will take place October 2, 2011 at the Tokyo International School in Minato-ku, Tokyo. This yearly WSSA sanctioned tournament will bring together the country's top stackers to compete against each other and the clock for a chance at setting new national and world records.   Japan's National Championships Set New Records!
The 2010 WSSA Japan Sport Stacking Championships were held March 21st in Tokyo. The WSSA sanctioned tournament once again brought together the country's top stackers who competed to set new national and world records. See complete results and a full wrap-up here.
 
         
         
 
 

10-year-old Sets New World Record!
There is new claim to the 3-6-3 overall world record, and the last name is not Purugganan. Kennard Gardner, age 10, hit 2.08 seconds on March 13th at the Maryland State Sport Stacking Championships in Baltimore. A WSSA video review of Kennard's 3-6-3 verified it was a clean run and indeed a new world record. The previous 3-6-3 world record was held by Steven Purugganan with a time of 2.15 seconds.   2010 World Sport Stacking Championships Announced!
Sport stackers from 17 countries (including Team Japan) are expected for this year's premier event in sport stacking, the 2010 WSSA World Sport Stacking Championships in Denver, Colorado, April 10th & 11th. [More here]
 
         
 
     
 
 

Japan's National Championships Held in March!
The 2009 WSSA Japan Sport Stacking Championships took place March 15, 2009 at the Tokyo International School. This officially sanctioned championship brought together Japan's best stackers who competed to set new national and world records in this exciting sport.   World Sport Stacking Championships!
Over a thousand sport stackers and thousands of spectators are converging for this year's premier event in sport stacking, the 2008 WSSA World Sport Stacking Championships in Denver, Colorado, April 5th & 6th.
 
         
     

Four NEW overall WSSA World Records confirmed... AGAIN!
Steven Puruggannan set three new Individual world records, then joined with Andrew Puruggannan to set a new Doubles world record. Steven set a time of 1.96 seconds in the Individual 3-3-3 Stack and 2.38 seconds in the Individual 3-6-3 Stack. Steven also set the new Individual Cycle Stack world record at 6.65 seconds! He and Andrew set the Doubles Stack record at 7.84 seconds. [Full story here]
